    • Gift cards and store credits.
    • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional gifts received with the purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

3. Initiating a Return

  • Domestic Returns: ZYNE covers the cost of return shipping for items shipped within India. We will provide a prepaid return label upon request.
  • International Returns: For orders outside India, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes.
  • Ensure that the return package is shipped using a trackable shipping method. ZYNE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value, subject to availability.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
